The Role We’re looking for a Marketing, Communities & Operations Executive to help us amplify our impact across all three brands. This is a varied and exciting role where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who’s creative, organised, and passionate about making a difference. What You’ll Do: Marketing Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, events) Own and manage social media content and scheduling Create compelling content for web, email, and PR Support brand development and ensure consistency across platforms Collaborate with external partners on website improvements Track marketing performance and present insights to leadership Communities Organise and promote events (online and in-person) Manage online communities for The Fractional Quarter & FIN Manage our Charity Quizzes, including the donation platform and prize process Identify speaking and networking opportunities for the Founder Operations Provide diary and travel support to the MD and Founder Assist with office management in Edinburgh & Glasgow Support the creation of internal documentation and communications What We’re Looking For Must-Haves: 1 year in a marketing, communications, or operations role Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience managing social media and content calendars Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment Nice-to-Haves: Basic video editing or graphic design skills Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix) Experience with tools like Canva, Buffer, Google Ads, SEO tools, or Google Analytics You’ll Love This Role If You’re: Proactive and solutions-focused Highly organised with a keen eye for detail A creative thinker who loves building communities Excited by iMultiply’s mission and values Why Join Us?
