Cover Supervisors play a vital role within schools, whether on a daily, long-term, or permanent basis. While lesson planning and preparation are not required, excellent communication and strong classroom management skills are essential.
Key Requirements
Possession of a CACHE Level 2 or 3 qualification, or a minimum of six months’ relevant experience
Confidence in managing classes of students aged 11 to 16 and above
Ability to maintain positive behaviour and promote active engagement in the classroom
Flexibility to work across multiple departments and with various age groups as needed
