Job Description:
We are currently searching for an English-speaking freelance Organizational Change Manager - SAP as part of a Greenfield S/4HANA program.
Please note that up to 50% travel within the EU will be required.
* Start: ASAP
* Duration: 6 months +
* Location: Remote + 50% EU travel
Tasks Include:
* Develop and execute change management strategy for SAP implementation
* Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and readiness evaluations
* Design and deliver communication plans to support end-user engagement
* Create training strategies and support development of learning materials
* Partner with business leads to drive adoption and behavioural change
* Monitor change progress and adjust interventions based on feedback
* Ensure alignment between change, communication, and project milestones
Required Skills:
* 5+ years' experience in Organizational Change Management
* Proven experience supporting at least one end-to-end SAP implementation
* Strong understanding of change frameworks
* Experience designing and delivering training and communications
* Industry background in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Manufacturing preferred
* Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills
