We’re expanding our team with a driven Sales Manager who can lead client acquisition, close high-value deals, and grow revenue through strategic partnerships.
Role Overview
As Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of driving new business opportunities and building long-term client relationships. You’ll work directly with our leadership team to shape sales strategy, manage the sales pipeline, and deliver on ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new client acquisition
* Identify, qualify, and close partnership opportunities with creators, influencers, and brands
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
* Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to maximize long-term value
* Build and track a sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales messaging with brand positioning
* Represent Interruptive at online and in-person industry events where relevant
Requirements
* Proven track record in sales, ideally within influencer marketing, creator economy, or digital product sectors
* Strong closing skills and ability to handle complex negotiations
* Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Organised and data-driven approach to sales pipeline management
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Nice to Have
* Experience selling SaaS, apps, or consumer product lines
* Network of influencer, talent management, or brand contacts
* International sales experience
