Key Skills:
8. MRICS qualified and a RICS registered valuer
9. Broad range of valuations experience
10. Insurance valuation experience is a benefit but not essential
11. Independent working
Scope of the role:
12. Reinstatement Cost Assessments for insurance purposes (RCAs) across all sectors including stadiums, hotels, refineries, schools, chemical plants
13. Full scope of the valuation from inspection to report
14. Head office in London with occasional travel to the office (once a month)
