Verify and correct data discrepancies to maintain data integrity. Maintain organized records of data entry activities and updates. Prepare and maintain reports as required by management. Assist in the development and implementation of data entry protocols and best practices. Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and flow. Respond to data-related inquiries in a timely manner. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in data entry or related field is a plus. Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role. Excellent typing skills with attention to detail and high accuracy level. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and data entry software. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
