Senior Project Manager - Schools Improvement Programme
Contract • Salary: £450 • 2/3 days per week in office ideally

Responsibilities
* Develop a prioritisation methodology using AMP data and building condition surveys
* Lead stakeholder and member engagement
* Produce a Cabinet Report recommending the 2026 programme (for November 2025 meeting)
* Manage the term consultant (Aecom) to prepare design and tender packages
* Establish the delivery programme for 2026
* Coordinate quality service to schools on asset management advice and support
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including: Planning colleagues; Archdiocese and Diocese; School representatives
