: Monday to Friday 06.00 starts

What will you be doing as a Class 2Driver?
* Driving a Class 2 Vehicle in a safe manner, complying with all road traffic, and vehicle legislation
* Multidrop deliveries to high street stores and trading estates.
* Many deliveries mechanical off load and some stores assist with deliveries.
* Vehicles fitted with equipment to offload items.
* Collecting returns from customers' properties
* Completion of tachographs in line with legislation and company policies
* Performing vehicle checks at the beginning and end of each journey and reporting all defects
* Ensuring the vehicle and stock are properly always secured
* Always providing a first-class customer service experience
Relevant Skills And Experience As a Class 2 Driver
* This is a physically demanding role including lifting and shifting – Full training will be provided on how to safely lift carpets etc.
* Valid LGV, HGV Class 2 License
* Valid Digital Tachograph card
* Full Driver Qualification card (Driver CPC)
* A general understanding of driver's hours legislation and working time directive
* No more than 6 points on driving license
