Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Night Reach Truck Driver in Hemel Hempstead to operate reach trucks safely and support efficient warehouse operations during night shifts.

Salary: From £16.00 per hour + accrued holiday pay

Key Responsibilities
1. Operate reach trucks safely and efficiently during night shifts
2. Move, stack, and organise stock within the warehouse
3. Load and unload goods while ensuring safe handling
4. Maintain accurate stock movement records and report discrepancies
5. Carry out routine equipment checks and report faults promptly
6. Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
7. Work with the warehouse team to meet operational targets
Essential Skills & Experience
8. Valid reach truck licence (D2 / 11-metre licence preferred)
9. Proven experience operating reach trucks in a warehouse environment
10. Previous night shift experience is advantageous
11. Strong understanding of warehouse health and safety standards
12. Ability to work independently and stay focused during night hours
13. Good communication and teamwork skills
14. Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
