Contracts Manager Location: UK & Ireland (Travel Required) Salary: £70,000 £80,000 + Bonus Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (2pm Finish on Fridays | 1 Day WFH) Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a specialist interiors and refurbishment main contractor delivering high-end luxury projects across the residential, hospitality, commercial and retail sectors. The successful Contracts Manager will take ownership of multiple live projects, working closely with Quantity Surveyors and Site Managers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Review contract details, tender documentation and pre-construction information Analyse tender programmes and develop construction programmes and information release schedules Lead site mobilisation and oversee site setup Chair pre-start meetings with subcontractors Travel to live projects on a weekly basis Work closely with the project QS and Site Manager to maintain cost control Manage approved subcontractors, ensuring health & safety compliance and programme delivery Monitor live projects for quality, cost and programme implications Carry out regular site inspections Attend project meetings and produce regular progress reports Maintain a proactive approach to meeting client requirements Apply strong contractual knowledge across JCT & Design & Build contracts Oversee snagging and de-snagging processes using SnagR Control and coordinate the compilation and issue of CDM H&S and O&M manuals Attend project handovers and client demonstrations Lead post-contract review and wash-up meetings Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role within interiors, fit-out or refurbishment Strong understanding of JCT and Design & Build contracts Excellent commercial awareness and cost control experience Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders Proactive and solution-focused approach High standards for quality and programme delivery Strong communication and reporting skills Willingness to travel to projects as required Whats on Offer Competitive salary: £70,000 £80,000 plus bonus One day per week working from home Early finish Fridays (2pm) Pension contribution Company laptop and mobile phone EasyJet Plus card membership Company health plan including Perkbox rewards PureGym membership Length of service rewards Regular social events Hit apply to register interest.
