WHAT IS INVOLVED? You should be an enthusiastic team player who takes pride in providing excellent customer service. You will have good communication skills, be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines and with a high degree of accuracy, be well organised and flexible, have good IT skills and manage changing priorities. You will also need to be able to work unsupervised using your initiative. Your duties would include: providing admin assistance to the Building Control to ensure the effective delivery of statutory services, accurate data input, document and information maintenance, communicating with customers and other members of the public regarding processes and procedures, managing and monitoring the service’s CRM function, responding to requests arising from local land searches, administering the processes in relation to fee income and various other administrative duties.
