What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Registering and qualifying buyers
* Conducting property viewings and handling enquiries
* Negotiating offers and progressing deals through to completion
* Assisting in marketing and promoting new listings
* Delivering exceptional customer service to all clients
* Supporting wider team targets and branch success
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* Sales experience
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
* Well-presented and professional at all times
* Strong negotiation skills
* Knowledge of Worcester Park / Cheam area an advantage
* Full UK driving licence and own car essential
