Admin Officer – BALLYKELLY
Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour
Location: Jubilee House, 111 Ballykelly Road, Ballykelly, BT49 9HP
Start Date: 8th June 2026
Expected Duration: 4th October 2026 with possibility of extension
Working Hours: The contracted hours are 8am – 8pm Monday – Friday and every 4th Saturday on a rota basis. However, at present staff are working various shift patterns between 9.00 – 5.00 Monday to Friday.
Requirements: 5 GCSE’S C and Above (Including Maths and English)

1. Answer calls within agreed timescales, taking personal responsibility to maximise availability for answering calls and delivering an accessible, effective service.
2. Work collaboratively towards delivering and promoting resilience and ability to work in a pressurised environment.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers.
5. Ability to work within and contribute to a team environment.
6. Ability to work accurately within set deadlines and to acheive targets.
7. Basic IT skills with an aptitude for learning new systems.
8. Organised with good time management skills.
A criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
