As a Regional Property Manager, you will be responsible for the successful management and performance of a portfolio of properties within the North area of Lincoln/Lincolnshire. Duties will include:
1. Liaising with internal teams (legal, property management and finance) in relation to lease renewals, lease expires, property surveys, rent reviews, dilapidation etc
2. Maintaining an asset management plan for each site/property in the portfolio.
3. Ensuring management of the diverse property portfolio in a consistent and co-ordinated way, having a thorough understanding of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, regulatory compliance, and Service Charge Code.
4. Providing reports to internal stakeholders i.e. total rental income, lease life cycle events etc
