Your new company A not-for-profit organisation is recruiting for a Community Fundraising Executive based in Lisburn. Your new role As Community Fundraising Executive, you will play a key role in maximising income and raising awareness across your assigned geographical area. Working within a small, collaborative fundraising team, you will develop strong, long-lasting relationships with supporters, community groups, businesses, and role will involve contributing to ambitious annual income targets, supporting a range of campaigns and events, and ensuring exceptional supporter care. You will help build the organisation's profile locally, engage new fundraising audiences, and act as an enthusiastic ambassador for the charity at all you will: Grow community and corporate support through proactive relationship development Provide guidance and support to fundraisers, ensuring activity is safe, compliant and maximised Attend and assist with fundraising events across the region Work closely with volunteers and internal colleagues to ensure activity is coordinated and effective. Maintain accurate financial and supporter records Contribute to PR and local media engagement to enhance visibility What you'll need to succeed Essential: A third-level qualification (or equivalent Level 3 Diploma / Foundation Degree) At least one year's experience in fundraising or a role where you have worked towards targets and driven activity in line with organisational goals Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in engaging with people at all levels, including public speaking Good IT skills, including MS Office and social media platforms A proven team player with a flexible approach to work A full driving licence, business insurance, and access to suitable transport Desirable: Two or more years' experience in fundraising or account management Experience working with community groups, clubs, or voluntary organisations Exposure to volunteer coordination or public relations activity What you'll get in return £28,000-£31,000 Perminant Opportunity Based in Lisburn 25 days annual leave plus 10 statutory holidays Additional leave increases with length of service Christmas closure period 5% contributory pension scheme Professional membership fees paid (work-related) What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
