About the role:We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join a Sheltered Housing management team within Older People and Disability Services.
In this key leadership role, you will support the Registered Manager in the effective day-to-day running of a regulated housing support service. You will lead and support staff, ensure high-quality outcomes for service users, and maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, National Care Standards and SSSC Codes of Practice.
This is a challenging and rewarding post, ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting older people to live independently, leading teams, and driving continuous service improvement in a complex and highly regulated environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead, manage and support Housing Support staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred services
2. Ensure services comply with Care Inspectorate requirements, legislation and best practice
