About the Role
As an Apprentice FNOL (First Notification of Loss) Claims Adjuster, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers during some of their most stressful moments. You’ll learn to guide them through the claims journey with empathy, professionalism, and clarity developing valuable skills in a supportive, team-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Professionally handle inbound and outbound customer calls
· Manage shared inboxes, triaging and responding to claims promptly
· Accurately record claim information in our case management system
· Keep policyholders informed throughout the claim lifecycle
· Collaborate with teammates to ensure outstanding service delivery
· Build trust with customers, clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders
