About the RoleWe are seeking confident and passionate SEN practitioners who can:
6. Support pupils with a range ofplex needs
7. Lead small‑group or 1:1 interventions using HLTA‑level expertise
8. Work collaboratively with class teachers and therapy teams
9. Adapt learning materials to support differentiated provision
10. Promote independence, engagement and positive oues for all students
What We’re Looking ForTo be successful in these roles, you will need:
11. HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
12. Previous experience working in SEN or specialist education settings
13. Strong behaviour management andmunication skills
14. A flexible, proactive andpassionate approach
15. Fully enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
