Overview
Join Community Integrated Care and keep our homes safe, well‑maintained and welcoming. As a Property Coordinator / Handyman, you’ll be the go‑to person for day‑to‑day maintenance and compliance checks across a group of ARC services—helping colleagues deliver brilliant support by making sure our environments are at their best. This is a permanent part‑time role offering 28 hours per week with travel to sites in and around Portsmouth and Bournemouth. A vehicle will be provided, so you must hold a valid UK driving licence and be based in the Hampshire / Dorset area.

Day‑to‑Day
* Reactive & planned maintenance—painting, decorating, full room refreshes, touch‑ups.
* Compliance checks—weekly fire alarm & emergency lighting tests; flag issues.
* Own your kit—look after tools and equipment, store safely, dispose of damaged items.
* Team connection—friendly presence, build relationships, follow security and emergency procedures.
* Escalation & reporting—log work completed, pass anything beyond scope to Property Coordinator Team Leader and Facilities Helpdesk.
* Learn & grow—mandatory training in Health & Safety, Working at Height, Infection Prevention & Control.

Essential Skills & Experience
* Hands‑on experience in general maintenance; painting/decorating required.
* Practical, safety‑first approach with attention to detail.
* Confidence using battery‑powered/hand tools and following safe systems of work.
* Clear communication, good record‑keeping, collaborative mindset.
* Flexibility to travel between sites and prioritise workload.
