In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our customer engagement strategy: turning conversations into opportunities, spotting leads, solving problems, and delivering an exceptional experience every time.
🚀What You’ll Do
As a key member of our commercial team, you will:
* Build and nurture strong relationships with customers and field sales representatives
* Identify new opportunities and pass qualified leads to our outside sales team
* Support the direct sales organisation with timely insight, information, and solutions
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls across your territory
* Provide guidance on product offerings, including new launches and existing supplies
* Manage and resolve customer questions or issues with confidence and care
* Share valuable market feedback and trends to help shape future product strategies
* Act as a mentor and resource to less‑experienced teammates, supporting team growth
This is an empowered role with plenty of autonomy. You’ll make independent decisions, work across functions, and represent the voice of the customer every day.

* 3–5 years of experience in a similar account management, inside sales, customer service, or supply‑focused role
* Strong decision‑making skills and the ability to handle a wide range of tasks independently
* Experience working cross‑functionally with teams such as sales, operations, or product
* Proven ability to build rapport, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results
* A passion for supporting customers and improving processes
