The successful candidate will need to be female, have a full UK driving licence, and have some experience working with complex needs/cerebral palsy. The role will involve supporting the client's personalized routines, completing daily living activities, administering medication, and providing emotional support and companionship.

She lives at home with her parents and attends school, she enjoys swimming and stories and she loves animals.
Due to the client's support needs the successful candidate will need to be female, have a full UK driving licence, have some experience working with complex needs/cerebral palsy and possess the softer skills of being a clear communicator with the motivation and ability to engage the client to build a solid, supporting relationship.
00 per hour
Hours: 40 per week over five days days (06:45 - 16:30 or 15:00 - 22:15, requires care seven days a week so we can be flexible on what days)

Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients' conditions.
Collaborating with a range of healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
A genuine passion for working with people and providing care.
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care.
