Job Role: Support Worker – Driver’s Only
Location: Cardiff
Salary: £12.60 - £13.30 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Full-time with Day/Nights and sleep-ins
UK/Clean Driver’s License with access to a vehicle is mandatory.

As a Support Worker, you'll play an integral role in the daily routines of the people we support, including:
* Assisting with daily routines, promoting independence, and helping individuals lead fulfilling lives.
* Encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies, interests, and social activities.
* Supporting healthcare needs, including accompanying individuals to appointments and assisting with medication management.
* Teaching essential life skills such as budgeting, bill-paying, and shopping.
* Assisting with personal care as needed.
* Supporting domestic tasks like cleaning and cooking.
* Providing emotional and physical support, offering guidance and encouragement.
Experience in the care sector isn't required—we provide comprehensive training, coaching, and development to set you up for success.
