The school provides a structured and nurturing environment with a strong emphasis on behaviour support, emotional regulation, and personalised learning. Class sizes are small, and you will be supported by experienced teaching assistants, pastoral staff, and in-house therapists. The Role: As an SEMH Teacher, you will: Deliver a broad, balanced curriculum adapted to meet the needs of students with SEMH and behavioural challenges. Build positive, therapeutic relationships with students to help them engage with learning. Implement behaviour management strategies with consistency and care. Collaborate with support staff, senior leaders, and external agencies to meet EHCP targets. Foster a classroom environment that encourages growth, resilience, and achievement.
