Project Engineer – Shape the Future of Wastewater Treatment!

What you’ll be doing as an Engineer
* Coordinate the development of Project Briefs from the Needs defined by Asset Management.
* Understand project risks and coordinate mitigation activities. A collection of documents and information informing contractor pricing and risk provision.
* Prepare and support technical reviews through the Definition, De-Risking, and Detail Design phases of projects.
* Provide Technical assurance during the delivery, commissioning, and handover of Assets.
* Carry out Technical Assurance checks and audits of Contractor activities and outputs through the Detail Design and Construction phases of projects.
This is a hybrid role, with a base location of Hampton Coal Wharf.
You will be expected to be in the office and on-site 2-3 days a week on a 36-hour week.
Ideally, we would like the successful candidate to drive, but please apply if this is not the case, as your application will still be considered.
What you should bring to the role of Project Engineer
* Engineering HNC or HND / Degree with an operational or delivery background.
* Work experience within CDM, either part of a placement or previous employment
* Good communication skills.
* Understanding of Health and Safety in the Construction Industry.
* Fully proficient at using the appropriate Company IT systems and Office software.
