The Role
As an Interventions Teacher, you will:
1. Deliver targeted 1:1 and small‑group interventions across core subjects
2. Support pupils who need additional challenge or focused attention
3. Work closely with class teachers, SENCO, and pastoral staff to track progress
4. Develop tailored resources and strategies that promote progress and confidence
5. Use assessment data effectively to plan engaging and impactful sessions
6. Contribute to creating a positive, encouraging, high‑achievement culture
