An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Officer to join the Agenda for Change Job Evaluation Team, supporting the Band 5 Nursing Review. This is a pivotal role within the People & Culture Directorate, offering the chance to contribute to a nationally significant project as part of the Agenda for Change pay deal.
As a Project Officer, you will provide comprehensive support to the Project Leads. You will play a key part in facilitating the smooth running of the Job Evaluation Scheme, including rostering Matching and Band 5 Review application panels, maintaining project records, and ensuring effective communication across the project.
You should be educated to HND level or equivalent and have experience working in a multi-functional environment with changing priorities. The ability to work independently, using initiative and making decisions, is essential. You should be highly organised, with the ability to manage large volumes of data and coordinate with others.
