D365 F&SCM Application Support/Consultant 12 Month FTC (More than likely will progress into a fully permanent role) £50,000 - £60,000 Hybrid, 1-2 times on site per week End User, Food & Beverage Sector) I'm working with a long-standing client in the food & beverage sector, based in Liverpool who’ve recently completed their Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation. My client is going from 300 users to 600, doubled size and of the back of this looking to build a D365 Hub due to acquiring another company. (so 6 in total) I'm keen to speak with you if you have in depth knowledge & experience within the Supply Chain Module. Essential Experience: Demonstrable expertise in Master Planning within D365 F&SCM is required. What I'm looking for / Day 2 Day: Provide support and issue resolution for Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 F&SCM), with a strong emphasis on Supply Chain modules. Act as a subject matter expert for Master Planning, ensuring optimal configuration, execution, and troubleshooting of planning processes. Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather requirements, analyse system behaviour, and implement effective planning solutions. Monitor and maintain planning parameters, coverage settings, and item models to ensure accurate and timely supply and demand planning. Deliver training and support to end-users, promoting best practices in the use of Master Planning functionality within D365 F&SCM. Assist in system upgrades, testing, and the deployment of enhancements related to Master Planning and wider supply chain operations. Maintain clear documentation of system configurations, issue resolutions, and process improvements. Ideal Background: 3 years D365 F&O Experience This role requires someone who can work closely with both functional teams and end users to ensure Master Planning is driving efficiency, minimising stockouts and overstocking, and aligning supply chain operations with demand in real time. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the end-to-end planning process, including the configuration and management of coverage groups, forecasting, safety stock, lead times, and supply/demand balancing. You should be comfortable working with both static and dynamic plans, and be able to interpret and troubleshoot planned orders for procurement, production, and transfers. Practical experience with Planning Optimisation and the ability to analyse planning results, suggest improvements, and configure parameters to support business objectives is highly desirable.
