You’ll have autonomy to shape the practice, access to an existing client base of serial acquirers (many PE-backed in buy‑and‑build strategies), and the resources of a major regional platform behind you.
The Work
You’ll lead transactional corporate work with genuine complexity and commercial stakes:
* M&A transactions for serial acquirers, often PE‑backed buy‑and‑build strategies
* Corporate disposals and exits
* Non‑transactional work: shareholders’ agreements, share option schemes, restructurings
* Build client relationships and business development in Bournemouth and the wider region
* Work collaboratively with an award‑winning team
This is hands‑on deal work with the scope to build your own client base and practice area from the ground up.
You
* Senior Associate or Partner level with solid corporate transactional experience
* Skilled in business development with the ability to generate and convert opportunities
* Highly organised, commercially astute, proactive
* Excellent communicator and natural team player
* Ready to take ownership, build something new, and be accountable for its success
