Responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of product data across the company website and internal systems. Ensured all products, pricing, and stock information were consistently correct and synchronised between the CRM, backend platform, and supplier feeds.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintained 100% accuracy of website product listings, including pricing, descriptions, and availability
Monitored and managed automated stock feeds, identifying and resolving data errors and failed imports
Used Excel (multiple formats, imports, and data transformation) to standardise and prepare files for website uploads
Ensured data consistency between CRM systems and website backend to prevent discrepancies in stock levels and product information
Collected and validated product data from suppliers and integrated it into internal systems
Troubleshot feed and mapping issues to ensure uninterrupted website functionality
Worked cross-departmentally to maintain reliable data flow across business systems
