Join our client's team to deliver their unique Intellectual fitness programs to adults in full-time care across Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, and Essex.
Their mission is to get people moving, spark joy, and enhance well-being in local communities!
The Role
* Lead engaging, 60-minute fitness classes designed for adults in care settings
* Bring energy, compassion, and creativity to create a positive, inclusive experience
* Work flexible hours, typically late mornings or early afternoons, Monday to Friday
Skills and Qualifications
* Compassion & Communication: A warm, patient approach to inspire and support clients
* Organisation & Flexibility: Strong time management and adaptability to suit varied schedules
* Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build rapport and create a welcoming atmosphere
* Level 2 Gym Instructor, Group Exercise to Music, or equivalent recognised qualification
* Public liability insurance
* Valid driving licence and own transport (essential for travel between locations)
* Experience delivering fitness classes
* Enhanced DBS certificate (They can arrange if needed)
