A well-established management consultancy based in Central London is looking for a Project Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager with strong client-facing experience to take the lead on high-profile, multi-sector projects. The successful Project Manager will play a key role in delivering complex schemes on time and within budget while ensuring client expectations are exceeded.
This role would suit a Project Manager with a background in consultancy who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll be expected to manage several projects at once, work closely with clients, and support the wider delivery team across a range of commercial, residential, and public sector projects.
The Project Manager's role
The Project Manager will oversee the full project lifecycle from inception through to completion, including feasibility studies, procurement, contract administration, and handover. You'll work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful outcomes.
You will be expected to:
Manage multiple concurrent projects across different sectors
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Prepare project programmes, cost plans, and risk registers
Monitor contractor performance and oversee quality control
Ensure delivery in line with contractual obligations and company standards
The Project Manager
Degree qualified in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
Ideally Chartered (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB) or working towards
Proven track record delivering consultancy-led projects across multiple sectors
Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
Comfortable managing high-value projects independently and as part of a team
