Job Description
1. Plan, prepare, and cook menu items as directed by the Sous / Head Chef.
2. Assist in menu development, incorporating current food trends and innovative service concepts.
3. Support stock taking and inventory management.
4. Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of your section.
5. Collaborate effectively with team members and assist where needed.
6. Demonstrate and teach food preparation and cooking skills to junior staff.
Qualifications
GCSE level C or above.
Additional Information
* Adhere to all hygiene, health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
* Participate in health and safety training sessions.
* Follow cleaning schedules rigorously.
