Senior Quantity Surveyor £65,000 - £70,000 & Car Allowance Plymouth Permanent We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading residential developer, based on sites in and around the Plymouth area. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of cost management across new build residential developments, ensuring value for money, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. This is a varied role where you’ll be involved in procurement, subcontract management, monthly valuations, cost reporting, and final accounts, all while driving margin improvement and supporting the successful delivery of housing schemes.
