About the Service
Church Court is a modern and welcoming supported living service, offering 16 one-bedroom apartments and two accessible bungalows. Designed with independence and comfort in mind, the service includes:
* Contemporary living spaces with underfloor heating
* Wet-room style bathrooms for accessibility
* A shared garden with patio and BBQ area
* A strong, community-focused environment
Your Role as Team Leader
You’ll play a key role in both leading your team and maintaining high-quality care standards. Responsibilities include:
* Leading, motivating, and developing a team through induction, supervision, and coaching
* Supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care
* Overseeing care planning to ensure individual needs and goals are met
* Promoting dignity, independence, and choice for the people we support
* Supporting rota planning and day-to-day service operations
* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is both compassionate and driven, with the ability to lead by example.
Essential:
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards) or
* Minimum 2 years’ experience within the learning disability sector
You’ll also have:
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Excellent organisational abilities
* A proactive, solution-focused approach
* A genuine passion for delivering person-centred care
Desirable:
* Experience supporting individuals with mental health needs
