Veterinary Receptionist (Part-Time/Maternity Leave)
Passionate about pets and delivering excellent customer service? We are looking for a part‑time Veterinary Receptionist to join our friendly team at our Moseley clinic. The right candidate will provide outstanding customer service to our clients and their pets. You will need excellent communication skills and will be responsible for greeting clients, answering phones, taking messages, taking payments and providing general administrative support. We are looking for someone reliable, organised and able to multitask in a fast‑pace environment. Veterinary industry experience preferred but not essential as training will be given.
Rota & Salary: This is a part‑time role covering maternity leave. You will be required to work Monday – Friday 4:00pm – 7:30pm and 1 in 6 Saturdays 8:30am – 5:00pm.
Location: Our main surgery is situated in the centre of Moseley on the Alcester Road (nearly opposite the Texaco garage). We offer an extensive range of services from nails and clips right through to orthopaedic surgery and imaging. There are separate seating areas for clients with dogs & cats to minimise the stress to both. Cat‑only clinics are held on Wednesdays between 2pm and 3:20pm.
