We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled Resume Strategist & Writing Specialist to support our Career Coaching team by owning the execution of resume revisions and formatting for clients enrolled in our coaching bundles.
Our coaches are hired for their strategic insight, not their formatting speed. This role exists to elevate the entire client experience by clearly separating strategy from execution. Our coaches focus on positioning, narrative, and job-search strategy; you ensure that strategy is translated into powerful, polished, ATS-optimized resumes that convert interviews.
You will be the craft-expert behind the scenes, transforming coaching insights into high-quality, professionally formatted deliverables that reflect our brand standards and drive measurable client outcomes. Your work directly impacts interview rates, turnaround time, and overall client satisfaction.
