The What...
As a Team Member, you will be at the heart of the customer journey!
Your role may include welcoming customers, hosting parties, or serving food and drinks. Your professional, energetic, and enthusiastic approach will ensure customers have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
Team Members are trained across all areas of the centre, so you'll be versatile and supportive at every stage. You may also work in the kitchen.
Opening Hours and Shift Patterns:
Our centres are open seven days a week, typically from 9am to midnight. Peak times are evenings, weekends, and school holidays, when we need availability from applicants.
Typical shifts include:
* Weekday mornings: 09:00 - 17:00
* Weekday evenings: 17:00 - 00:00
* Weekend mornings: 09:00 - 18:00
* Weekend evenings: 16:00 - 01:00
Shift times may vary by centre, and will be confirmed at interview. Under 18s may work until midnight but no later.
You will receive comprehensive induction, ongoing training, and development opportunities, including access to apprenticeships and management training, to support your career growth.
