About the Role As a Supported Living Support Worker, you’ll help adults with complex physical and learning disabilities: Live independently in their own homes or adapted small adapted residential settings Access the community and enjoy activities such as shopping, cinema visits, football matches, and themed days Receive personal care and practical support, including mobility, medication, dressing, mealtimes, housework, and laundry Build confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging Job Description: Support Worker (Res Resp) No two days are the same, and your role will make a lasting impact on the lives of those you support.
