We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join a new, ambitious customer project focused on tech and engineering recruitment. This is NOT a pure management role. You'll bring your A-game with an active requirements load while elevating a team of talented Talent Partners.
What You'll Own:
Hands-On Recruitment Excellence
* Lead and close a direct recruitment workload in the tech/engineering space
* Partner directly with hiring stakeholders to understand deep technical talent requirements
* Identify, engage, and convert top-tier engineering and technical talent
* Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance
Team Leadership & Mentorship
* Guide and support your team of Talent Partners in their development and execution, in partnership with the Solutions Director
* Coach the team on stakeholder management, negotiation, and closing techniques
* Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture
* Drive continuous improvement in recruitment quality and process efficiency
Strategic Data & Insights
* In partnership with the Solutions Director, own and drive the data & insights reporting cadence
* Develop and communicate key recruitment metrics and insights to leadership
* Translate data into actionable improvements for the hiring process
* Present talent market insights and recruitment trends to stakeholder leadership
Stakeholder Relationship Management
* Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships with key hiring leaders
* Partner with the Solutions Director on strategic account and stakeholder management
* Ensure exceptional communication and alignment across the client landscape
* Identify expansion opportunities within existing relationships
About You
Essential:
* Minimum 4-5 years in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior individual contributor role
* Proven track record recruiting for tech/engineering roles (software engineers, technical leads, Product, QA etc.)
* Strong hands-on recruitment skills: sourcing, screening, assessment, and closing ability
* Experience mentoring and developing TA professionals
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Highly Valued:
* Experience working on ambitious, growth-stage recruitment projects
* Familiarity with recruitment analytics and reporting
* Track record of building scalable TA processes
* Experience with technical interviewing or assessment methodologies
