What Youll Be Doing
* Data Entry of customer details
* Processing customer sales orders accurately and efficiently
* Raising purchase orders when needed
* Speaking with customers over the phone and by email in a professional and friendly manner
* Supporting the sales team with day-to-day admin tasks
* Keeping paperwork and electronic records organised and up to date
* Chasing outstanding orders and helping ensure deliveries are on time
* Communicating customer requirements with other departments across the business
* Helping with stock checks and general office support duties
* Working closely with colleagues to keep everything running smoothly
What Were Looking For
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Basic computer knowledge
* Organised with good attention to detail
* Able to work well under pressure and manage workloads
* Positive attitude and willingness to learnTeam player with a flexible approach to work
* Previous administration or customer service experience is helpful but not essential
