Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage teams to deliver the Annual Maintenance Plan, ensuring safe working practices and compliance with policies.
2. Oversee asset data management, including lifecycle databases, and support asset renewal programs.
3. Collaborate with strategic teams to develop and implement plans for building systems and infrastructure.
4. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, health, and environmental standards.
What We're Looking For:
1. Qualifications: Professional certification in engineering, building services, or facilities management.
2. Experience: A strong background in managing large commercial or government asset portfolios, including maintenance and lifecycle planning. Experience with asset databases and CAFM systems is essential.
3. Skills: Leadership abilities, strong interpersonal and influencing skills, and a commercially minded approach.
