Job Opportunity: Part-Time Office Administrator and Bookkeeper
Location: Stanwell – TW19
Hours: Part time (2 days per week working 9-5), Permanent
Package: Pro rata £35,000 - £39,000
About the Role:
This part-time role is ideal for an experienced administrator with strong bookkeeping, VAT Returns and invoicing skills. The position involves managing day-to-day office tasks, maintaining financial records, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering and managing incoming calls
* Monitoring and responding to emails across multiple inboxes
* Creating and sending invoices using pre-set Excel templates
* Maintaining manual spreadsheets for financial tracking
* Ensuring timely submission of VAT returns
* Liaising with external accountants
* General office administration and support
The ideal candidate will have/be:
1. Proven experience in office administration and bookkeeping
2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including formulas)
3. Confident using Microsoft Office Suite
4. AAT qualified or equivalent experience in VAT and invoicing
5. Highly organised, self-motivated, and trustworthy
