Technical Lead Developer
Location: Hull (Hybrid)
Salary: From £65,000
We’re working with a forward-thinking business in Hull who are embarking on one of the most exciting technology transformations in the region. This is a rare opportunity to take full technical ownership of a brownfield restructuring, moving a legacy MS .Net Monolith into a modern, cloud-native, distributed architecture.
As Technical Lead Developer, you’ll work hand-in-hand with a newly appointed Head of Software Engineering to set the technical direction, guide the team, and ensure a smooth delivery of this first-of-its-kind system.

What you’ll be doing:

* Working closely with stakeholders to ensure technical decisions align with business goals
* Taking a hands-on role in development where needed
What we’re looking for:
* Strong background in .Net (Framework and Core)
* Experience with containerisation (Docker)
* Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
* Solid understanding of distributed systems and cloud architectures
* Strong leadership and communication skills
