Working closely with your Area Manager, you'll create a positive, high-performing environment where both people and pets are at the heart of everything we do. What You'll Be Doing: Leading, motivating, and developing your team to create a welcoming, customer-focused store experience. Driving sales performance by achieving targets and exceeding key KPIs. Taking full ownership of recruitment, training, stock management, and store standards. Leading from the front - setting clear expectations, building team spirit, and maintaining a culture of excellence. Ensuring the store is always well-presented, well-stocked, and delivering outstanding service. Who are we looking for? Previous management experience in a retail environment. Passionate about retail and delivering exceptional results. Flexible to work shifts Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage and inspire your team. Able to commit to a robust training schedule, covering customer service, health and safety, and pet care.
