Nights Residential Child Care Worker
Location: East Lancashire cluster (Burnley, Accrington, Padiham, Rossendale, Hyndburn & Ribble Valley).
Salary: £28,142 - £32,061 per annum (pro rata if part time).
Full time (37 hours per week) and part time opportunities available.
About Us
Our Children’s Residential Service is expanding in East Lancashire with a new home and seeks dedicated night care staff.
Responsibilities
* Work at different homes across the East Lancashire cluster; personal vehicle access essential.
* Secure the home during the night and provide a friendly face if children wake.
* Engage children in 1:1 work around feelings, emotions and behaviours.
* Collaborate with social workers, schools, police and health workers to meet children’s needs.
* Support children through the night while staff are asleep.

* No specific minimum experience required; we value genuine care for children, young people and families.
