Trainer Assessor – Early Years (Apprenticeships)

At Childbase Partnership, we’re looking for a compassionate and committed Trainer Assessor to join our Training Academy, EduBase, nurturing Early Years apprentices across the Bath and Swindon areas as they grow in confidence, competence, and professional identity.
This is a people-first, learning-led role, delivering mainly Early Years programmes. You’ll build trusted relationships with apprentices, understand how they learn best, and support them step by step through thoughtful assessment, meaningful feedback, and high-quality face-to-face delivery.

Essential requirements
* DfE-approved Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above)
* Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA)
