National Field Manager - Activation

THE ROLE OF NATIONAL FIELD MANAGER:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic National Field Manager to lead a team of 2 Regional Sales Managers and 20 field-based Brand Activation Manager's to start, with the potential to rise over time, supporting one of the world's biggest brands in the vaping category in launching their exciting range of vape pod kits, salts and e-liquids. This role will be responsible for taking the clients direction and turning into actions and deliverables, managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional performance from the team, and maintaining a strong and effective relationship with our client to align with their strategic objectives.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

· Strategically review both category and consumer data and insights to ensure effective and targeted activation.

· Spend adequate time in the field with your team, coaching, developing, and training them in the key aspects of their job.

· Deliver operational and sales performance

· Client engagement

· Internal stakeholder and market engagement

ABOUT YOU:

Essentials:

1. Demonstrable track record of coaching, developing and mentoring a field based team to achieve company and individual objectives and targets
2. Experience with relationship management of key accounts
3. Excited by the prospect of working in a fast paced environment
4. Great team player with the ability to inspire and motivate, with an outgoing & approachable personality
5. Be highly organised with great time management skills
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft outlook)
7. Full driving license
8. Commutable to Preston head office - ideal location North East/Yorkshire

WHAT WE OFFER:

9. Base Salary up to: £50,000
10. Commission: up to £10,000
11. £6'000 car allowance

13. 5% pension
14. £40 per month wellbeing allowance
