They also have a proven track record of successfully supporting apprentices and kickstarting them in their careers. They are currently recruiting for an apprentice to complement their existing team. Responsibilities: Issue and validate work orders to ensure tasks are deliverable within the timescales. Responsible for taking information from Aurora to maintain the management information system (MIS). Providing sub-contractors accurate noticing information via Aurora. Contribute to the health and safety of our field staff by providing accurate information about other utilities in the vicinity of our excavation works. Provide status reporting to assist with financial reporting, planning and monthly P&Ls. Analyse all utility prints to identify by their colours, the voltages and pressures of cables and pipelines in the vicinity of excavation works Issue work orders. Effectively manage and document any issues raised, ensuring these are dealt with. What do they need from you? Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational & planning skills. Effective time management skills. Ability to work individually and as part of a team. Proven ability to work effectively without direct supervision is essential. Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm with 1 hour lunch break. Benefits Dress-down Fridays. Social committee events throughout year including Christmas.
