Job Description:
Our client is an award-winning leader in infection prevention, clinical waste management, and surgical solutions to healthcare facilities across the globe. Due to their significant growth, they are looking for a Key Account Manager to strengthen the position of the business in the Irish Market and UK Long Term Care Accounts by supporting distributors through strategic initiatives and cross selling activities and day-to-day key account support.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a national business plan for Ireland with focus markets and product ranges by distributor to drive retention and growth, aligning with B2B and VCI strategic focuses.
* Segment accounts to provide advanced key account management to strategic accounts, involving senior leadership and stakeholders as needed.
* Achieve sales & margin objectives.
* Work closely with B2B colleagues and marketing to identify and develop potential accounts and communicate crossover opportunities.
* Meet individual KPIs.
* Establish and manage relationships with key customers, professionals, and stakeholders to grow the business with new and existing clients.
* Utilize specialist product knowledge and skills to ensure effective selling and communicate key messages, providing solutions-focused sales.
* Comply with all policies, procedures, and standards.
* Uphold the company's core values at all times.
* Coordinate closely with Customer Services and UK Commercial teams.
Candidate requirements:
* Management and experience in the Irish Healthcare Market is desirable.
* B2B Sales Key Account Management experience or medical training within the healthcare industry.
