Overview:

Our Business requires an Aftersales Support Assistant who will provide administrative assistance to our multi-faceted Aftersales Department. The role will be specific to the Aftersales channel and require you to work from our Chiswick Head Office.


As Aftersales Support Assistant, you will help to manage and coordinate specific workflows which relate to a range of Aftersales stakeholders. Your duties will cover internal, external and investor stakeholders. A key contributor to the success of the Aftersales team, you will coordinate with various internal departments, manage administrative responsibilities and provide essential support to KPI/SLA achievement.


Main Responsibilities:


Fleet Customer


* Fleet company point-of-contact and fleet driver/end-user support.
* Manage inbound and outbound fleet customer/driver inquiries via email. The expectation will be to manage your activity within the boundaries of pre-determined service level agreements.
* Coordinate communication between fleet customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operational processes.
* Generate industry reports using market data specific to the Aftersales channel.
* Attendance at quarterly meetings, which may involve you travelling to a location off-site.


Internal Processes

* Preparation and administration of financial processes and payments using internal systems.
* Provide feedback to the Head Office Aftersales Team via frequent reporting and meeting opportunities.
* Maintain an up-to-date Dealer Network database.
* When applicable, provide administrative support to the Aftersales Department initiatives and communications.


Role Requirements:


* You will come with some motor industry experience. A Service Advisor background will suit this role.
* You will be required to work from our Head Office in Chiswick, West London.
* The ability to compile data from Microsoft Excel and import in PowerPoint.
* You will be willing to present information in internal and external meetings.
* With prior notice and planning, you may be asked to attend off-site meetings/events. This will not be a regular, weekly occurrence, but is likely during the course of each calendar quarter.
* Putting the Customer first will always need to be at the forefront of your mind.
* Attention to detail is a must. You will be required to take pride in your work and be expected to own your workload.
* You will bring a proficient level of numeracy and literacy with good written and verbal communication skills.
* Our company is growing quickly so you will be capable of managing a busy diary which may change at a moment’s notice.
* You will need to be adaptable and willing to take new instructions in a business where deadlines are important.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office including reporting and data analysis platforms.
